FAQ: Why do the scope measurements differ from the datalog measurements on my N6781A module installed in an N6705 mainframe?

The major difference between datalog and scope measurements is that datalog measurements are integrated results, whereas scope measurements are point by point. Also, there are separate range settings for Scope Mode and Data Logger mode, so make sure both ranges are set to the same value.

Also, make sure you are using latest firmware revision www.keysight.com/find/n6705firmware
